I have been a long-standing patron of this facility. Upon initial inquiry, I was assured that the facility maintained strict standards of security, cleanliness, and accessibility during business and after hours. I am pleased with the new management and staff, who exhibit a willingness to address concerns regarding the facility. I appreciate their transparent pricing policy, which eschews unfair practices. I am also grateful for the advance 30-day notice provided by Robert and his staff regarding price adjustments and concerns of their alternative facilities that may better suit customers' needs. Great storage place! My husband used them once for minimal storage and the second time we used them was for our household goods. They’re nice, flexible, helpful. Robert definitely goes above and beyond for customers. We had to move our stuff during a snowstorm and he shoveled the driveway for us to be able to get in and out. He stayed in communication with us to keep us updated of the conditions too. Definitely recommend!
