I had a great experience with this storage facility. The property is very clean and well maintained, which immediately gave me confidence storing my belongings there. Security is clearly a top priority, and I feel comfortable knowing everything is well protected. The customer service really stands out. Teressa was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, made everything simple, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking for a clean, secure facility with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place.

Terrible service and terrible storage unit. Unknowingly rate increases , also paid for climate controlled unit and all of our belongings were covered in mildew upon picking up. No responsibility was taken by staff or customer service

I’ve been with this storage facility since it was CubeSmart, and I can honestly say the service has always been amazing. Theresa is truly the best she’s always so helpful, kind, and quick to assist with anything I need. You can tell she really cares about the customers. The whole team is great people, and I’ve always felt my things were safe and well-taken care of. Highly recommend!
