A gentlemen from Kellers Storage called me by mistake. I have never had any dealings with them. Employee did not understand there is a correct and professional way to address someone while speaking on the phone. We are currently looking for multiple storage units for liquidation purposes. This is on a corporate level. Kellers Storage just lost the opportunity for a very lucrative business opportunity. Just thought management should know.

Let me start off by saying: the customer service isn’t terrible, the staff doesn’t answer the phones very often, but they are not rude and are very helpful. I had a smaller storage until for 1 year. Their units are overpriced. Some of their employees aren’t fully trained, leaving a short process to take much longer than it should, always expect to spend 40 mins - 1 hour there, and 20-30 mins if you are making a payment. They haven’t updated to the 21st century, and most stuff is done through paper, or require a physical signature on a piece of paper which you have to be present for, while they take the time to prepare and print everything. They also claim to spray for pests, however when I brought my belongings home, I found roaches in my items. I would not rent from here again, even though the location is convenient.

23yrs here only one break in and it was fairly bad ! But.... I'm grateful it wasn't worse. I'll continue to store here because my home has been burglarized MANY more times than here!
