Taylor is pleasant and knowledgeable. Facility is centrally located and reasonably priced although they(corporate does individual stores do not control pricing) do raise rents every 3rd and 9th month but they will generally give you a price concession if you ask for it. Considering that I came from a facility which doubled my original rental price($142 to $283 )in roughly 5 years time this has been a significant improvement. Especially when my unit is the same size and I am now paying less than i was 5 years ago.

The customer service here is outstanding. From my first phone call, the staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The manager took time to answer all my questions, explained options clearly, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free.
