I have been very happy with this storage facility for the past 6 months up until last week. I recommended this business to my son who was looking to rent his own unit. He called earlier in the week to ask about units and we made a plan to drive over after work the next day. On our way, we called at 5:15 to confirm the unit was still available. The front desk staff told him it was and he said he would be coming that evening. She stated they closed at 6pm and he said he was already in the area. We arrived a few minutes after 5:30 and they representative had left. They were completely closed despite the hours being until 6pm. We called while we were outside, no answer. I left a voicemail asking for a call back. No call. We went to the facility again at 5:30 two days later, this time being sure not to call in advance so they would be there. When we arrived, the unit was already rented. I asked for the manager to call me and have yet to receive an outreach. Very poor customer service.

Very RUDE customer service. Chick had a problem because we ask if the outside units are insulated. She clearly doesn't know what insulation is so the need to get upset for something so small is mind blowing. From one business owner to another the last job that young lady needs to involved in is answering the phone. Comcast has better customer service then this place.
