KO Storage

I paid for the unit through a QR code that was posted on the outside of the unit and it charged my debit card. I was never given an access code for the gate or unit number from any of my confirmation emails that has my Receipt showing that I did Pay. I must’ve called 10 different times left messages. No one ever returned my phone call and I finally got a hold of them the next day to let them know that I never was able to get into the unit. The lady said that she was going to talk to her boss to see if they could Refund my money, very unprofessional I would not recommend these people to anybody

Cherry was very polite and friendly she answered my all questions. Highly recommend this storage space. 10/10

Customer service team is excellent and the building is clean. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my units. They move me into my first unit which I did not like and then they moved me into another unit. There was a pole in the middle of it so they move me the third time just to make sure I would be happy
