KO Storage

Extremely disappointed with KO storage. We have three climate control units and have noticed a significant decline in the upkeep of the facility. There are several dead insects in the buildings, along with trash inside and outside. In addition, the grassy areas are not being maintained. The previous owners, Rio Storage, always maintained the facility clean inside and out. KO storage has yet to do the same.

Prices go up up up!! No m just money money money money they want I had a climate control unit raise it $300 I'm pretty sure I don't have a year to year lease I can't get in the gate remind you my units climate control we're all my stuff is wet and ruined from the roof leaking!!! So I did not pay this month but I can't get my stuff out so his court time

Samm at KO Storage was amazingly helpful, courteous and patient. The world would be an even more wonderful place if we all extended the same kindness and understanding to those with whom we come in contact with every day. Stay gold, Samm. God bless you.
