9 years of good service, had 2 units for part of that time, then down to one, which, unfortunately, was broken into at some point. That one negative doesn't negate the good service I've experienced, though. Would still store things there, if I needed to in the future. The CSR that handled my break-in notification and move out was pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

******Update******* After months of not getting our door fixed. We get a call that we need to pay our storage.....went by today to see if it was fixed and everything is gone from our storage!!!! Expensive items to sentimental items completely gone!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!! THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT BUSINESS ETHICS!!! I EVEN OFFERED TO WELD THE DOOR BACK AND THEY HAD ACONTRACTOR THAT DOES IT!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Do not rent from here! Management is never available! Boy do not forget to pay because they will cut your lock and add theirs. It took us up to 2 weeks to get back in to have somebody unlock their company lock. Just came to the storage 5/28/25 and low and behold once again break ins and looks like homeless folks have made some storage units home!!! Not safe and very unreliable!!
