KO Storage

The facility at 3757 Troy Rd, Springfield, OH is a poorly maintained property with security issues. Automatic entry gate is regularly broken and stuck open for days. Today noticed a alternate gate that surrounds rear of property was open about a foot. I then realized NONE of the multiple 10+ non entry gates that are installed around property even have locks on them. At least they don't have problems with collecting the customers rent.... There is no way that this is not a systemic problem with this company across multiple facilities.

Very happy with my experience with KO. Storage is very clean, and other customers are very respectful of each other. I do auto pay. They send you an email reminder each month. Highly recommend this company

I'm still pretty new, however I've not been able to get in the gate yet. My codes are not working. I had to slide in while somebody else was coming out. But the staff is friendly over the phone and it kind of sucks there's no one on-site... only because it put me behind on what I was trying to do.My boyfriend has passed and I have to get my things out of this house.But I can't get into my storage gate.I can get into my unit.But not the gate
