Lake County Storage of Round Lake Heights

Marie, Marie, Marie absolutely a joy. The facility manager at Lake County Storage of Round Lake Heights was informative and provided a premium service. She was attentive to all my needs, answered all of my questions and came through. She treated me like family (the ones you really care about). The service was amazing and I highly recommend this facility because of Marie. If anybody has any storage or U Haul needs reach out to Marie, she is the best.

I got my dump truck and wood chipper stolen from their place. There had been more accidents and no one notified me to take precautions. It’s really unbelievable because they have cameras and a gated fence. The lady in the office told me she got a call on Sunday from police to let her know our truck and chipper was missing. We end up on finding out because my husband went and the truck and chipper was not there. They never called us to let us know about our stuff missing nor the police. It’s really suspicious because we’re asking for the cameras and they say they can’t see the truck and wood chipper.

I had a reservation for 8 for a uhaul truck. The key for the truck was not in the lock box where it should have been. I was told I could handle all payments on the app in the morning, which I did, but the key was not there. And the place didn't open until 9 so I had to wait an hr for someone to show up and give me the key. Did not get an apology, the lady in the office took no responsibility for the mistake. Just a bunch of run around nonsense on how it wasn't their fault. I would just go somewhere else. People should take accountability for their mistakes
