Well maintained buildings and property. Secure gate that requires your own personal code to gain 24 hour access. Area is well-lit so there is no fear of entering the property at night. Rental fees are quite reasonable ~ one month's security deposit and the first month rent is all that is required to rent a space. You choose your personal code, which is then programmed into the gate security system. Each time someone uses their code it is logged in the system, so if anything were to happen, (God forbid) the police would know exactly who the culprit was! So, in other words, you should never give anyone your code... better safe than sorry. During the weekends there is a flea market run from the first building closest to the street, and they offer spots for rent to anyone interested with items they wish to sell (in lieu of having a garage sale at home).

Wonderful place. They keep it clean & very well maintained. There is always someone on-site keeping an eye on things. The staff is very helpful & friendly. And the prices are Amazing!!!

I have used this place for over 10 years and you can never find anybody who are more helpful, loving, and dedicated to their jobs and their work. The woman who works there, is great and has a heart of gold!!!!!
