The staff were just amazing , kind, helpful and just really down people. What an amazing on boarding staff as well. I hope corporate feels the same? I want to add that I am beyond delighted with the whole experience and the professional of onsite staff. Beautiful.!!

I made my reservation and paid for it over the phone with a customer service person who was very helpful and efficient. When I arrived on the first day to receive my lock and to meet Nigel, he was extremely pleasant and professional and answered all of my questions even though I felt like I bugged him a lot he continued to be very helpful and professional. Overall so far a very pleasant and positive experience.
