Let's Stor It Self Storage

I have rented from Let's Store It for over 6 plus years. Never had an issue with them. However, they do need to update their place, it is very old and rundown. The doors that protect the unit are made of cardboard or similar but cheaply made. I turned in my spot this month and they still charged me the entire month, no explanation. I am very disappointed, they get an extra month from me and rent out the space, double win for them. Bad customer service, at least show some appreciation for years of loyalty a customer has given you. Watch out if you rent from them.

Nice & clean! Security is on point! One day my nephew had my gate access code he wanted to see where my storage was so he punches the code without my knowledge, I only found out about it when I received the call...long and behold it was "Let's Stor It" telling me about the make and model of the vehicle that use my gate code and to let me know that law enforcement was about to be called. I should have said okay but I had a change of heart and said that's my nephew!

I've been doing business with this people for over a year-and-a-half the great to give you time to pay your stores they don't a rash you they have cameras and watch out for your stuff they keep everybody in line and everything is great to keep a clean elevators work everything works when you go to use it keep up the good work appreciate it
