Lineage

This is by far the worst lineage location to in the Chicagoland area. If you have a pickup here your might as well plan to take your 10 hr break or might get a 24 clock. My arrival time was 11:48am on a Tuesday. You go in to check in and they have you fill out the paperwork to check and as well as having you time stamp your check in sheet as if that truly cared about how much time it takes to get loaded. I was placed in a door right away for my 1pm pickup at around 1:45 I'm thinking hey they haven't giving me the red light yet. Ok I sit back and wait still nothing. I then go back in to get a status update @4pm of when they will start to load me. I was told that it would be an additional 4 hrs before they will be done get this just picking the load.. Wow now it's 8pm I check back in again and now I'm told it's should be done by 930pm I mentioned to the young lady I have a 11pm appointment and I arrived here on time yet I'm still here. They finally finished loading me at about 10:20. The load went to Urbana,IL (UNFI) roughly 1.5 hrs away to then be rejected by the receiving department on the other end due to the tardiness in which I had no control over but the customer on the receiving end cared to shits I'll be sure to include the photos of my events any this location. My team and I decided to cancel the other two pick up we had scheduled from this location. We respect our drivers time way more then one load that will waste there while entire day.

this just may be the worst place on the planet, staffed with completely incompetent & lazy people. So idk why im bothering writing a review because places like this obviously dont care.. or they wouldnt be like this in the first place. 6.5 hours after appointment, still waiting for paperwork.. you can see all the demands made on all the signs on the wall.. meanwhile all us serfs (8 and counting) wait while the lazy royalty behind the curtains dilly dally and laugh at us. Avoid at all costs if you can.

I nearly passed out checking in and the lady at the window was understanding and waited until I responded. She offered to call me help but I just needed to get to my truck for my inhaler. I appreciate the concern and the offered help. There's also an area to wall your dog which is great because you might have to wait a little while
