Pretty nice, if you’re picking up precool to -10 before you arrive, if you deliver you get a lumper and they have the relay app to pay electronically. They were fast enough, especially for a warehouse! One thing, getting in those doors isn’t easy with the employee parking right where you need to do your manouvers, even moreso when you need that full 40 acres like me.

Poor service. On arrival you can’t just park , you have to back into a dock door then walk into the office to check in . After checking in they’ll assign you to a dock door to only not back all the way up so you can wait for them to break seal .

Even for California it's bad. They put you in a door to run your reefer for hours on end. They do let you keep the doors close so that's a plus. How about this, how about next time you set up an appointment that you can actually honor.
