Little Orchard Self Storage

From the time I first made the call to them, I was very impressed by the gentleman who answered the phone, Luis. (As a footnote as well, my call went directly to the Little Orchard Self Storage location itself without me having to be transferred through different extensions initially.) My first impression with my call to Luis would prove to be consistent from the first time I walked into the office - Luis was so welcoming and so accommodating, in addition to being so efficient. First he showed me the rental space that I chose and, wow, you talk about a super clean facility as we walked toward it. In addition, I was incredibly impressed by the security built all around the facility and the cleanliness of the storage space itself and the smoothness and ease of the roll up door. When we returned to the office, Luis made the sign up process seamless - and folks, let me tell you, his great attitude and genuineness, from the initial call to the time I finished was and is so refreshing! Fast forwarding to January 2026, and my first visit back to the storage facility office... As I entered into the office, I was warmly greeted by two friendly individuals, Melissa and KC. (Actually three friendly "individuals" - Melissa, KC and "Brady") Brady? Yes, Brady is absolutely adorable and proof that dogs like him most definitely "smile", not only in how friendly and cute he is, but, if you look carefully, you can's help but notice that he's most definitely smiling! Although he stays behind the counter, in my case, I asked if he would be allowed to come out to the front of the office so I could pet him and look at his cute face and play with him - at one point, so I could give him some hugs, he literally stood next to me at the front counter and we looked like "two" customers being served by Melissa and KC on the other side of the counter! So, getting back to the warm and friendly greetings from Melissa and KC when first walking into the office, my first impression when I had initially signed up would prove to be the "norm" and a consistent trend at this facility - these two individuals, Melissa and KC (while actually three individuals that day when including Brady) were very welcoming and helpful. My visit to the office that day proved to be a highlight of my day! My earnest encouragement to both Melissa and KC as well as to Luis is to continually "keep on keeping on" with making each customer their top priority - in doing so, I have no doubt that customers like myself will always be quick to tell others about this stellar storage facility and the friendliness and efficiency that one can expect :) So, if you're thinking about storage, based on my impressions and experiences with this "gem of a storage facility", before you call or visit any other storage place, reach out to them first - based on my experiences, you'll be glad that you did! After several years of renting two spaces, immediately after a charge didn't come through they sold all of my belongings and texted me on the last day of auction... that I've only read the following day… I didn't expect this to happen especially that they knew what's inside and I trusted them with all my belongings and all my life packed inside, including very personal, irreplaceable items and souvenirs. Anyway, I did feel quite unwelcome at some point so I’m not exactly sure about transgender friendliness but YMMV. I should had moved it to another storage, especially with storage not far away costing half as much... I should had researched it better, but as usually - hindsight 20/20, I guess.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just signed up for a storage unit today, and I already love this place! I noticed lots of cars coming and going, so it’s clear many others trust and use their services, too. The front office staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. Plus, we were greeted by the cutest puppy ever — such a nice touch! The whole process was clean, straightforward, and organized. The units and surrounding area were absolutely spotless — not a dustball in sight! They also promised that someone will be on-site during all office hours, which is amazing for questions, safety, and any concerns that may come up. I’m feeling confident I made the right choice and look forward to storing with them. Highly recommend! 🏆📦
