LocalStorage

I have been a customer of the LocalStorage in Derby for some time, before it was taken over by LocalStorage. What I expect from a storage facility is convenience and no problems and that's what I got. During the transition to the new owners few issues arose, as to be expected, but were quickly resolved. The customer service has been very responsive and accommodating, I highly recommend LocalStorage

As long as you don't need help or access or anyone to talk to , space is space. You cannot reach these people and the only thing they're interested is getting your money. they changed the access to the yard and made it difficult to create a number you can remember. Makes it tough to access your stuff.

This is a great place to use for storage. Laurel the woman that runs the office was great. She was not like the people at most places like this. Instead of just giving me sizes of the units, she actually walked us to the see which one would better serve us. The units are clean, easy to get to. They are very affordable and you are not locked into any long contracts. Best of all I received a little thank you not which I thought was nice. I highly recommend this business. And thanks to Laurel for the great customer service.😊
