Great storage facility! Good rates, and professional staff. Just rented a unit today, and the Manager Sheila was extremely helpful! Definitely recommend!

*Atrocious customer service. *Rude employees. *My contractual rate was $65/month for a 5x10 unit that’s not climate controlled… I now (for some reason) am paying almost double that. *They allow “some” clients to utilize the dumpster on site, and threaten others with eviction for doing the same thing. *They approved the lock I use at that unit (a very expensive and hefty lock), only to tell me at a later date that my lock must be a different kind (circular). I love it 🙄

I’ve had this storage since 2002. Donald, (very sweet loved him) was my friend at Lockaway. He took care of us. When I met Jess yesterday she was a jewel. Very pleasant young lady. I had issues with my lock and Jess helped to rectify the situation quickly. I left my storage very satisfied. Hope to see her there in the future.
