They will take you months rent then text you to move out 7 days later. Or try to force to pay $200 more a month. The owner texts that. And they won’t return you rent after kicking you out. Renting from this place will scam you be careful.

Our camper along with multiple other campers we talked to were robbed. The owner knew campers were robbed and failed to contact renters. While talking to Sellersburg police officer taking my report I was told the owner was NOT cooperating with the police. He would NOT hand over security footage. Yes, there is security cameras & you must use your code to enter through the gate. It would not be hard to finger out the thief. Since owner is not providing help & being difficult sounds like an inside job. This is under new ownership for the past few months & Woody is not there anymore & talking to other renters & their bad experiences it really shows how downhill & not safe this storage place has gone where we are talking about contacting a lawyer. Edit: Love how anybody gives you a negative review you attack them. Once again you just show your true colors. Why don’t you actually say yes this is all true (for anybody police reports are at the Sellersburg Police Department along with other people who has been robbed & you can also ask them about the cases & how the owner will not hand over the security footage or help with the case). Also ask why a couple days ago there were multiple police officers inside the gates.

I rented a storage unit from here for a couple years. It was fine not too expensive. There were mice and bugs in all of our unit however, even a tick that bit me when we were moving out. The door stopped working to access the unit and it would roll back inside itself and we could hardly get in. I recommend if you want a cheap place to store your things, but pro tip get some mothballs and put them in all the corners of the storage unit before you put your things in there and you won't have mice. Learned that the hard way.
