The owner is not very professional. He is rude and has tried to run my card and charge me for 2 months after I moved my items out of the unit which was already paid up. Also, he raised the rental unit price after only having it for a few weeks. The units are disgusting and filled with mice that destroyed over 1k worth of items, and when we brought this to the owner's attention, he replied "I'm not held accountable for damage to property." We will not be doing business with him again, nor will any of our friends and family. I would highly suggest getting a storage unit somewhere else if you value your items and keepsakes.

Top notch service: I've been using this facility for over 6 years, and i love it. They always contact you first if somthing went wrong with your card. The area is always clean with no trash or clutter. It's a little hard to get a unit here latley, but still the best in town.
