Unless you personally know the workers be prepared to be ignored and wait at least two hours (been waiting for 1hr45min) Five to six guys just walking around goofing with each other. Whether I'm here early (6am) or later (3pm) it's always stressful.

They are fast for other trucker. Not for me. spent 4 hours there to unload my truck

Friendly folks and relatively fast loading time. Park in the center lane to check in. Be prepared to have to block traffic on Central to dock. Wouldn't be so bad if the 4 wheelers had even the tiniest inkling of patience but I guess that's never gonna happen. Be careful not to get run over when opening/closing your trailer doors.
