I cannot recommend this moving company enough. They moved my entire two-bedroom apartment, packed with so much stuff, and somehow wrapped everything perfectly and fit it all into a 10x10 storage unit. I was genuinely shocked it all fit — I fully thought I’d need to upgrade to a bigger unit, but these guys made it work. Walter, Fernando, and Gerson were amazing. They were fast, efficient, extremely careful, and also just really enjoyable to be around. Super polite, professional, and worked nonstop. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost — I expected it to be much more expensive than it was. I will honestly never use another moving company again. These guys are the best. Booking the move was also such a great experience. Gili is fun, incredibly kind, and makes sure you understand every single detail of the move. She made me feel completely comfortable from the start. I’ve had bad experiences with other moving companies before, and this one felt very safe, organized, and trustworthy from beginning to end. I’m so lucky I chose them. Highly, highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Loyal Moving Company for my move from Los Angeles to San Diego. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Gili, the sales rep, was incredibly helpful in planning the move and making sure all the details were handled correctly. She made the whole process stress-free and straightforward. On moving day, the crew — Walter, Fernando, and David — were absolutely awesome. They were punctual, efficient, careful with my belongings, and worked hard the entire time. We just used Loyal Moving and had such a great experience that I had to share. From the very beginning, Gili was amazing to talk to. She was friendly, patient and walked me through every step so we actually understood what we were paying for. We moved out of a 3 beds house and needed packing service as well. Gili recommended two trucks and six movers and honestly, even though I thought we won't need 2 trucks she was spot on. It made the whole thing faster and less stressful. Also price wise, it was fair vs other quotes we received. All in all, good value for money. The team showed on time in the morning after calling us to make sure we were ready and started immediately. They packed everything carefully, but what really stood out was the vibe. They were smiling, laughing, listening to music, and somehow still working efficiently. It made the entire morning feel calmer and almost kind of fun, which I did not expect from a moving day. We felt in good hands. They loaded both trucks quickly and unloaded everything at our new place, putting each piece of furniture where we wanted it. They were patient with me even though I kept changing my mind about where the bed and dressers should go. To our surprise, even though we were mentally prepared for it, nothing was damaged. Everything was wrapped and protected perfectly and it honestly felt like they treated our stuff as if it was their own. I’ve had some really bad moving experiences in the past, so I was nervous going into this, but Loyal Moving really exceeded our expectations. They’re professional and just genuinely good people.
