I've never used Public Storage in LA & honestly, I was dreading the experience FOR NO REASON! WOW! So easy and the folks at this location are SUPER NICE, FRIENDLY, & HELPFUL! What a pleasant surprise! Omar went out of his way to help me get the parking space I needed! What a relief. The lot is well lit. And the app is awesome; everything in one place; billing, payments, gate code, etc. Very glad I chose this Public Storage location. Thank you Omar!
