Lupe at Trojan Storage of Burbank is FANTASTIC. Her kind and helpful demeanor helped me so much as I was moving last minute in a stressful situation. She totally understood and went above and beyond to help. First, my credit card had been cancelled due to fraud, which caused a hiccup in my on-time payment. She heard me and removed the late fee! I also needed to move out of the unit quickly, and she facilitated that process, and all went smoothly. I’m grateful for people like Lupe, as people like her are what makes our world a beautiful place. Thank you, Lupe! The storage unit itself is totally automated with an app. It’s so easy to use! Easy as pie. And the facility is NICE. So clean and easy to get to the units. Plenty of space. You’re in good hands with Trojan Storage! 🥳
