Macho Self Storage Fort Worth

This place does not care about the customers. Just had the owner yell at us because they didn’t do a proper job on clearing the ice. They weren’t preventative nor did they try to remove the ice while it was warm outside yesterday. You’re running a business just because it’s cold outside doesn’t mean you get to stay inside until it fully melts away. Your employees lock doors behind even though you have signs that say please do not lock doors. Been here over 7 years and I’m definitely going to look for somewhere new, I don’t reccomend this place one bit.

Macho storage is probably the best storage facility here in Fort Worth that I have found. The prices here are extremely good and they keep things clean. I have a climate controlled room to make sure that some of my belongings don't get ruined with the heat I pay over just one $100 you guys on a nice sized climate controlled storage! The two up front have changed once since I been here but they always have good people there. Get this, you can pay your bill online which is extremely awesome! Anyway, I can't say enough about Macho storage! If you're looking for a safe, but reasonably priced storage, this is my go-to, I advise it should be yours too.
