Without this storage facility, my entire life and livelihood would be in the gutter. Some people find themselves through meditation or travel — I found myself between Units 212 and 214. Donna, the shining star of this establishment, greeted me with the calm confidence of someone who’s seen it all and knows that eventually, you’ll find “the one.” Her patience while showing me units could rival that of a saint. Every time I said, “Hmm… maybe something with just a little more sunlight,” she just smiled and said, “Let’s take another look.” There was this relaxed vibe about her — like a friend who just knows things will work out. And wouldn’t you know it, they did. When I finally found the perfect unit, Donna at my side, it felt like destiny. I swear everyone could see the connection between us — not me and Donna (though we make a great team), but me and my storage space. It was a match made in moving heaven. Now my life’s possessions rest safely there, and I can honestly say it feels like home… if home had better lighting, sturdier locks, and Donna occasionally checking in to make sure you’re still happy. Five stars just isn’t enough. If storage could be a spiritual journey, this place would be my temple.

Donna was both efficient and professional; she oversaw the transfer of my old storage unit to a new unit, to be reflected on my account after the 5th of this month. She did this with courtesy and speed, took me to see the new storage space, and made arrangements for the changes to my monthly billing. I recommend her highly and was happy to work with her.

I had such a seamless experience this afternoon at the Manhattan Mini storage in Soho. Donna was extremely warm and helpful in escorting me to my storage unit. She handled everything with compassion and care and gave a 10 out of 10 experience for me.
