Ideal location with wonderful management. Jay, Joey, and Tony have been the absolute best. These gentlemen are kind, attentive, friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. This storage facility is clean and exceptionally maintained. I love my storage unit here! The best!!

I first chose this location because it was near my tenant's building. When needing multiple storage units for a tenant relocation program Joey, was very helpful. He was patient and knowledgeable of his inventory making this an easy process. He had no problem showing me multiple units. We were able to select the perfect units because of his attention to details. Move in was seamless, Joey and the rest of staff were very personable. Space was also very clean. Highly recommend this location. I feel secure sending my tenants there.

10 out of 10 the best storage space I’ve had in Manhattan. Joey, the assistant manager here delivers every time. Beyond patient and works with you when you’re in a bind. It’s a great space, this facility is safe and the team is actually great. I’ve had numerous moments where I’ve been anxious about moving stuff and Joey has been there to provide some peace and alleviate any stress. Been living here for a moment and haven’t had a storage manager and team like his treat me the way they do.

Amazing customer service! I would give it 6 stars if it was an option. Clean, awesome staff and very personable. Joey is a stand out. He helped me find a great unit for my budget. He went above and beyond with walking me through the facility and showing me all my options.
