This is a great storage The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they took the time to explain all the options, answered every question patiently, and made sure I got the right unit size without overselling. Access hours were convenient, and moving in was quick and easy thanks to the wide driveways and available carts. What really stood out was how well-maintained and organized the property is. It’s clear they take pride in their service and genuinely care about customers’ needs. Isaac is number one !!!! 5 star 🌟

I had such a hectic move that I almost forgot to write this review — but this experience was too unbelievable not to share. I visited Manhattan Mini Storage and was actually told to “Go Away” by a sleeping employee. Yes, seriously. I arrived shortly before noon, already on a tight schedule since I had movers waiting. I walked in needing assistance right away, only to find someone completely asleep in the middle of the lobby. Trying to be polite, I said, “excuse me… excuse me,” and the person snapped awake just to yell “GO AWAY!” I was stunned. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any business, let alone one handling people’s personal belongings. Ridiculous experience.
