Great place overall. Pricing is straightforward, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They always accommodated me with the right storage space for my needs. Just be sure to keep an eye on your bill, as they may raise your rate sooner than the 3-month promotional pricing. You may need to call to get that straightened out. Because of this, I can’t give them 5 stars, but aside from that issue, it’s a great place.

Very clean facility with friendly staff. Lynette was so patient and helped us set up our unit, make sure we had the best one to fit our needs, and assisted us quickly when we had billing questions during our first payment cycle. Thanks so much, Lynette!

Staff is very helpful. I've been a customer for almost 15 years now and have changed units twice to save $. Place is accessible and clean.
