The staff is courteous smart knowledgeable helpful and will go out in her way to assist me on all my questions. The staff always ask if I want my receipt. She does an awesome job. The staff deserves a pay increase. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with Marina U-Store Self Storage. The facility and my unit were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind from the start. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Marie, the manager, was not only professional and helpful, but also incredibly kind and personable. She was truly a joy to interact with—sweet, caring, and empathetic. We even briefly talked about the hardships of caring for an ailing parent, and I was touched by how understanding and compassionate she was. That level of warmth is rare to find, and it made the whole process so much easier. If I ever need another storage unit in the future, I would absolutely come back here because of her. Highly recommend!

My sister and I went to ask about potentially getting a storage unit there and Daphne is the one who helped us. Not only was she kind but she was very professional, patient with answering all of our questions, and gave us options. We ended up getting a unit there and were happy with the result, I recommend this place.
