Honestly one of the worst long term experiences I've had with a company. Over the course of a year I have had my unit rent go up multiple times, they have lost my payment information, changed my email without authorization, failed to answer phone calls, failed to have anyone at the front office, etc. I have never had so many issues communicating and working with a company before. Down right refusal to properly handle customer issues, on top of raising monthly rent on multiple occasions. Employees have been friendly but that is about it. Would recommend other storage units.

I rented a Uhaul here and was assisted by Gina the Queena! she made it so easy and fast i had the key before I knew it. And first and foremost she was very friendly and well versed in the process and helped me tremendously when I was already worn out from the move. I would recommend this place highly if you want a painless rental experience.
