McKinney Mini Storage

I received great customer service and the employee was patient and answered all my questions since it was my first time renting a U Haul truck. It was faster than going to a bigger dealer in Plano and was less expensive. I would use again!

Today I had a reservation at Go Store It in McKinney Tx that had been confirmed a week prior and when I showed up this morning w my loaded truck and movers that I had contracted for 3 hours no one was in the office and the door was locked. I received no help from customer services. I was left to frantically call storage places close by as the time was ticking away. The receptionist at Mckinney mini storage was so kind. She helped me immediately and was able to get the guys back to the unit right away while I stayed to fill the paper work. I did end up spending more on this smaller unit and I had to pay the movers for an extra half hour but the helpful nature of the receptionist made me feel better. Thank you for helping me when I was freaking out! I hope the duration of my rental contract goes as well as today did.

Worst storage place I've ever dealt with! Earlier this year I was charged several months late fees because they couldn't get their stuff together and continue using my debit card online that I had used for automatic payment for years. I was going through chemo at the time. I was told my account would be fixed and never was reimbursed late fees. Got fed up and started to move my stuff with help. My bad. I hadn't checked on my stuff in months. Everything was chewed on or urinated on by rodents. Family heirlooms, quilts, pictures, etc were ruined. They even ate through an antique dresser. DO NOT use this place for storage if you value your items. Plus, they up their prices often. Great place for Uhauls though!
