Mentone Beach RV & Boat Storage

So on this day I was going to fill my propane tank. 5 gal. I was greeted by a female employee. Who quickly ushered me out of the store and directed me to the propane station. I was kind enough to place it in the tank holder for her. She proceeded to connect the nozzle, don't know if an inspection was conducted. She stop and said she couldn't fill it because she said the tank had a leak. And then she said meet me in the office to pay for what she put in even though she said it had a leak. I said why would you put propane in a leaking tank. And I asked her for her name which she provided. I said I was going to do a review. She assumed it was going to be a bad one. She did say everything is being recorded so I located the camera and said. You see how your employee is treating costumers. So back in the office to pay for something I didn't deserve to pay. She Finally told me to GO AWAY with out taking any money from me. There was a kid behind the counter who observed the interaction and I'm sure it's on vedio to confirm what I put in this review. Will not be coming back here period!

The Manager Carrie is the bomb very helpful very on top of things very organized. She helped me back my rig into a garage. I will never forget that help Mark.

Renter beware. So after a decade of mice and rats in my unit, after I had to put traps out myself, not to mention the poor service and nasty folks that run this place, I moved out from here. Shame on you Jacinto for allowiong people to represent your business this way. The management is exactly why they work at such a location. They do not help the customers and are rude. In fact, they should never work with customers. I do not recommend them and maybe after this post they will relfect on how rude and nasty they are with people who do not attend NASCAR.
