Amanda is the definition of excellent customer service. We moved from FL to TX. I set up our unit 3 weeks before. She was waiting on us when we arrived. Thorough. Knowledge. Helpful. And oh so patient. 10/10 will recommend and use this storage for any needs.

After reviewing my account carefully, I noticed that both of my accounts were charged an additional $10 fee. I did not receive any proper notification or explanation about this fee until today. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business practices. I need this issue addressed immediately and the charges reviewed. After speaking with Melissa today, I want to be fully transparent. Everything that happened occurred before the review was posted. I originally sent an email to the office, and the office manager at the time (not Melissa, because she was not at this location) told me that the manager and the owner would not waive any fees. In all of my communication, I never asked for fees to be waived or for anything free. That was never my intention. All I wanted was to be heard regarding the lack of communication about the 30-day notice. My storage bill gets paid every single month. I’ve been with this company since the day you moved out here. So when I am told — directly or indirectly — that my concerns don’t matter, it feels like a lack of understanding of your tenants. I understand there is new management, and I respect that. All I ask is that when a customer comes to you with a concern, please don’t assume they’re trying to get something for nothing. We are all hardworking people who simply want what we pay for. I have lost items in this storage facility before — items that can never be replaced — yet I still chose to continue doing business with you because I believed in this company. Be fair, be polite, and understand that even if you don’t have a resolution, a listening ear goes a long way. From this situation, I’ve also learned that I should have reached out to higher-ups to share my concerns before posting a Google review. Reviewing businesses is literally part of what I do, and things happen. I simply wish transparency had been met with transparency in return. I don’t want anything free. I only want the service I pay for — and for my concerns to be valued. Melissa, Thanks for reaching out and helping resolving my concerns or just listening. The five stars is only because I love Melissa level of transparency and customer service skills.

This is an excellent place to rent units, it’s clean and safe. Has Climate control units pricing is reasonable. Amanda was very helpful and efficient on the paperwork. Very professional and polite. And this facility has U-Haul truck available onsite that can be rented, which is very convenient and affordable. I truly recommend.
