Metro East Mini Storage of Wood River

The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and very professional. The unit was clean and the entry system was very secure. My only complaint is: when I went online to check out availability and price, I got a person from a company receiving their calls. That person did not speak good English and was very annoying. We drove down to the facility and received excellent service. I almost went somewhere else because of my experience with the company taking their calls.

The staff handled setting up an account and explaining all the instructions about renting a unit. I was very pleased.

Great storage facility. Staff is excellent to work with. Been using WR facility 10x20 since 2014 after my mom and brother passed, storing 2 households. Just down graded to a 10x10 unit with less items to store. Thank you!
