The overall experience has been top-notch and modern — from the smooth check-in process to the climate-controlled units that keep my belongings in pristine condition. You can tell this facility was designed with care and attention to detail. A special shoutout to Jim and the entire management team — they’re consistently helpful, friendly, and professional. Jim in particular always goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. If you’re looking for a high-quality storage experience in a clean, safe, and professionally managed environment, this is it. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Boomer is amazing and such a pleasure to work with. He is very thorough and insightful. Moving my belongings into the storage happened to be at a really hard time in my life but he made me feel lighter and secure. The building is veryyyyyy clean and does not reek of mold. I know that my belongings are safe.
