Place is absolutely disgusting! My $3,600 sectional was ruined. My $2,000 king size mattress. Covered in dead mice,rats and moths said “someone must of left crumbs” … when it was All BRAND NEW! All my son’s clothes in bags chewed through and ruined. Talked to the owner, said he doesn’t even know his insurance company to file a claim. Place has people living in the units on top Of it. Do not ever rent from them

I’ve had my unit at MetroVault Self Storage since June and they’ve been great! Anytime I’ve had a question or small issue, they pick up right away and get it handled fast. Super easy move-in and the place feels really safe. Definitely recommend !

I have been a customer with Metro Vault for coming up on a year and the staff and facilitiy has been nothing short of amazing. The facility is self-sufficient but if you need a staff they will make themselves available. My belonging a beyond safe being under suiveilence 24/7 but is directly across from local Police departmenr which makes it extra secure. Also the owners and staff are understanding, compassinate and down to earth. Also they are very affordable compared to other facilities I researched in the area. I would highly recommend them and have recommended them to my friends, family and aquaintances. Thank Metro Vault for all you have done for myself and family. N.McCabe
