Abby was amazing! I went to rent a storage unit and was assisted by Abby, who was a live person working virtually — which was actually really impressive. She made the whole process easy, helped me find a great unit, and I was able to move in the same day. The experience was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly personal. Highly recommend!

My experience with Midgard Self Storage has been mixed over an extended period of time and I have been fairly disappointed with the assistance from customer service. That is until today when LESLIE corresponded back and forth with me and offered quality customer service, efficient communication, and demonstrated a true desire to help with my concerns! I couldn’t be more grateful seeing as i have spent a great deal of money with Midgard between multiple different units over the years and never felt appreciated as a customer or supported with my problems. That was a whole different experience because now Leslie has shown me the light! THANK YOU LESLIE
