This was an up-to-date, virtual, reality assisted user-friendly program. Melina was my VRA and was very friendly she made sure i had everything i needed and answered all my questions. It was a breeze. My service was prompt, accurate, informative and user friendly. I'm just now moving out of a unitĺ since I found an apartment. I just had to sign a few papers and clean out my unit. Very simple. And I would recommend this to any of my friends or associates looking for storage unit if needed. Thank you MidGuard. Anne M Moore

Midgard Self Storage like any other business has good/bad employees. I have had two horrible experiences over the last 10 with them including two people this afternoon BEFORE I got Jewels. She took care of EVERYTHING super fast so I would not be late to pick my son up from school, I am a single father. She called me instead of texting knowing I was driving and told me all the documents were ready for me to sign I'm my email. I got home and filled out the forms. At the end it would not let me submit. I texted her the screenshot of this. Less than one minute later Lex called saying she saw I was having a problem. Lex told me how to fix it. It worked. All done. These two young ladies are amazing, helpful and are the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service! I was canceling everything before I spoke to Jewels then Lex. Midgard you should look into these two ladies and have them run a workshop on customer service, the five people I spoke too before that NEED their knowledge! Whatever you are paying them it is not enough!
