Ken (property manager) was a huge help! We had to visit his facility twice, once to pick up our Uhual rental and again to exchange for a bigger size after our movers didn’t think we could fit everything. Ken’s service was quick and efficient. After a chaotic morning, Ken made our lives much easier and we appreciate it!

when i walked in and was confronted with the “help yourself” method of renting a storage room i was very aggravated . all companies need to know no customer service via an actual person is awful. but after requesting assistance up popped KESHA! omgoodness. she walked me through and explained the whole process! Took about 15-20 minutes. Midgard … you have a true jewel working for you. Kesha is a keeper. thank you Kesha.

Great service, facility is very clean. I love the loading and unloading area with a nice cart to help aid in unloading! Whole process was simple and done online. Any questions I had were answered promptly through text.
