Called the number and got a representative on phone and got to select the unit I wanted. Entire process was easy. Even got my gate code and got to move my stuff to storage the same day. I spoke with Lee over the phone to get my storage unit. She explained everything with ease and straightforward. She was very nice and also explained the whole process. She made everything smooth and easy when it came to renting my storage unit!

Hard to use website. Prices keep going up without proper notice. Can't talk face to face with a person at the physical site. Third party maintains codes for new locking system . That site is confusing and hard to navigate. No problem with the unit itself and location. My problem is with the corporate system and communications between owner and customer/leasee.
