dont bother other places are cheaper and more secure they somehow let 25+ units get robbed then raise rent sbout a week later almost 100 for an unsafe storage situation i have the dmallest room this is a response to the owners response: if you were telling the truth and you had 24 hour security supervision how did 25+ units have the doors cut open and items stolen while open during business hours this event would tale minimally an hour how did they get in? how did nobody notice? how did they get out i talked to police they were not caught? weird how only the doors were cut which is specifically what triggers insurance coverage also noticed the cameras in front no longer display on the office screen like before are the cameras even on? i should note rent increases are not industry standard thus is the only place ive used that did yearly 12 dollar increases u store it even offers my unit size for 40 dollars less people arent dumb people dont sppreciate being lied too. 25+ units robbed in a day does not constitute secure and safe.

They will jack up your rates every couple month. They have homeless that get into their gates all the time. Customer service is really nonexistent. They would rather have you move out and give someone new the "entry" price. WHY not just keep your current customers by treating them better, rather than consistently jacking up rates?

After having not so good of an experience with another storage company, I contacted Midway met Andy who was a professional, and easy to work with I am very happy with my decision to rent a storage shed there I would highly recommend anybody that needs storage to contact Midway
