When I tell you EXCELLENT customer service! She was soooo sweet to me and my family! She made me feel very at ease and walked me straight to my storage unit! She was very patient with me! The BONUS of them all is Morningstar offers a COMPLIMENTARY rental of their truck for FOUR HOURS!! You cannot beat their prices! Trust me , it took me forever finding the RIGHT place…. It’s Morningstar!

I have and continue to spend $200k annually with MorningStar Storage since they entered the Birmingham, Alabama Market. Corporate Vice President Craig Robertson and Chief Financial Officer Wes Carter refuse to settle a claim where their General Manager allowed (5) individuals after hours access to steal over $1 million from storage units on October 22, 2022. The (former) General Manager falsified company documents to allow subjects to use the Morningstar Storage Truck to remove property from the facility. Including (4) $100k Grand Pianos and $150k of my personal property. Once made public, this will be one of the largest “heist” in Birmingham which they are trying to sweep under the rug. Great storage place and friendly staff. Also they offer the use of a rental truck with a deposit with reservation which is a really awesome perk. Affordable for the location, and a great place to rent storage.
