Mini Mall Storage

I had this storage facility for about 1 year. The place is very wheelchair friendly very clean and well-kept. I always felt safe and the staff were always very accommodating. Our big shout out to Max and Paul who really showed what true professionalism and friendly customer service is all about. They were both very attentive and accommodating especially to someone who had special needs such as I being a wheelchair user. Unfortunately I can't stay because market price caught up to me. But Paul tried very hard to try to accommodate with some pricing unfortunately I couldn't stay. I thank you guys for the time and the space. Keep doing what you're doing stay professional and friendly. Thank you and happy New Year facility on Narragansett!

Maxx was excellent! Great customer service! Super patient and very straightforward! We need more workers like him!

After having a great experience with this facility at first, I can't believe that I'm leaving, getting kicked out, being accused of living in my unit. Didn't bother to make an investigation but quick to collect every month. I will proudly walk out and not waste my time or money on this establishment. I just can't believe that after months of having this unit, they couldn't give me the benefit of the doubt. Never again.
