The Store Manager and Assistant Was Real Nice And Respectful They Both Took Their Time With Helping Me With The Best Unit For My Things. I love their customer service support and went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer.both had a positive attitude and you can tell they love their job and does it well thanks so much.

I had my first visit to check out my storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Cicero, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Angie helped me from the very beginning of the process. She was the first person I spoke to when I initially called with a few questions before renting, and she was just as helpful and kind when I came in person. Every question I asked, both over the phone and in person, was answered clearly, patiently, and in a very friendly manner. Not once did I feel confused or rushed, and whenever something wasn’t clear, she gladly explained it in a way that made it easy for me to fully understand. I even asked Angie if she personally benefited if I rented more space, and she was completely honest and told me no, but said that simply choosing Extra Space Storage meant more than enough. That level of honesty and professionalism really stood out to me. Yvette was also incredibly friendly and warm. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. She took the time to walk me through how to access my storage unit, explained everything clearly, and went over all of my available options so I felt confident in my decision. Her positive attitude and helpfulness added a lot to the overall experience. Because of Angie and Yvette’s customer service, I’m genuinely glad I chose Extra Space Storage as my storage facility. I left feeling very content, with absolutely no issues or complaints, and I definitely see myself continuing to do business here in the future because of them. Extra Space Storage of Cicero chose the perfect two people to represent their company.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Yvette called me on a followup from an online inquiry. It was a surprise call so I stumbled to remember questions I had. With poise and patience she thoroughly answered each and every question, some probably twice!!! This was early morning. Later that evening I went to close the deal and had other questions which she answered with the same patience and poise after working all day. To top it off, she went the extra step to find me a unit that was very easily accessible. The facility is clean, seems quiet and safe. The staff is simply phenomenal. I have to mention i called the next day and talked with Angie (i believe thats her name) and was treated with patience and understanding, all requests were thoroughly handled. For me, they turned what I thought would be a nightmare into a very pleasant business relationship. Customer Service gets my business.
