I had the good fortune of speaking with Jimece today regarding my unit and contract renewal. I start off by being thankful that I was not redirected to call customer service and risk the endless loop of automated systems. Jimece looked into my account, submitted a ticket, and called me back THE SAME DAY. Not only that, but was incredibly personable and kind (which is becoming a rarity). I appreciate her presence at ExtraSpace Storage and what she brings to the environment.

Jamice was absolutely great. Me and my grandson Fernando definitely recommend this facility. Very clean and convenient. The also have a bathroom that works with your access code. Rare find!!
