Shandrea is such an amazing, friendly person and has incredible customer service! Very pleasant and enjoyable to speak to and went above and beyond trying to help find the best solution for my situation. Julie was there when I vacated my unit as well and was just as friendly and helpful. They were very flexible in working with my unique situation and very understanding. The facility is EXTREMELY clean and well maintained and the prices are absolutely the best. Even competitors down the street were nearly 2 times the price for the same unit size. 11/10 would recommend!

While I have not yet rented a unit, I have to comment on the service received from the manager on duty Miss Shandrea. She was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. She was polite and professional and we are looking forward to doing business with Mini Storage Depot.

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Julie! She made my transition into another unit smooth, quick & hassle free. Easy to talk to and very helpful making sure to accommodate the customers needs. I’m appreciate that my concerns were heard and the best solution was provided. I would highly recommend this location!
