I came in to rent a unit recently. We went out on the property to look at different sized units to make sure what I reserved was the correct size for what I needed and the process to rent was explained. I noticed in the office, they have many options for merchandise to purchase and it is displayed very nicely. The rental process was fast and easy & the managers had me on my way in no time. The property was clean & I am confident my items are safe here.

Sandy and Rory at Mini U Storage were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I need to rent a storage unit soon & the balloons out front caught my eye as I drove by, so I looked up the storage and wanted to come check it out based on all the good reviews. Rory and Sandy greeted me upon entering the office with a smile and both were very helpful in showing me units in different sizes. I really like the climate control option. The prices are very good compared to other places. The property & office is clean and very well kept. I appreciate the managers explaining all the different options in detail and they even offered me a free water. I will definitely be back when it's time to rent a unit. Thanks again for your time
