I recommend NEVER renting from this place unless you would like your items stole!

My wife has had a unit with this place for a while, while a lot of the customer support has been good, We've also had a lot of bad experiences, mainly with the climate controlled part of our unit. When she got the unit it was supposed to be climate controlled but all of our wood furniture has been showing signs of warping, cracking, and splitting, Which are all signs of NO climate control. I called to ask why this was happening to our furniture and the initial customer service was really good, I spent a lot of time talking to employees I believe their names were Sam, Brittany, and Christy I think it was but they could only do so much so whenever I asked to talk to someone higher up we talked to someone named Stacey who told me she was the owner and manager and didn't really seem to care about my issues and said the furniture was just old and that's why it was cracking, and that it was not a climate control issue ,and that's not really her job and told me if I wasn't satisfied I could just go to another storage company. I would give this company a one star rating if it wasn't for the other employees who actually seemed to care about my issue.

Don't look forward to getting your deposit back they give you the runaround lie and just a whole bunch of mess for nothing they could give you your deposit back as long as you do what you're supposed to don't believe them
