I utilized Modesto Self Store It for a period of 4 years and have been extremely satisfied with their customer service. The location is convenient, the coded entry gate makes the location secure, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. If I ever need storage again, I'll be coming back!

Highly recommend this Storage Facility. Have used this business for all of my short and long-term storage needs for our home, and two businesses, for over 20 years. It has always been cost effective and the location near Hwy 99 and Briggsmore Ave. makes for easy local access. The facility has always been well maintained and there is plenty of room to spread out boxes without blocking the driveways. The office runs efficiently and the staff has always been friendly. Since the 2016 ownership change I have seen several improvements to the already good business. An all new security gate system with unique customers passcodes, upgraded camera systems, better hours for customers to access their units. They value customer feedback with the goal of working toward even better service than they have already achieved. Good News Note: The above review was originally posted in 2018 while I was still just a happy Tenant. Beginning 2021 a new owner has purchased the facility and I am now the General Manager.

Great storage facility. Manager is really professional and nice. Great rates. Rent from here. You won't be disappointed.
